3- The product must be returned in its original boxes and packaging with the brand labels intact as received.

4- The customer bears the cost of delivery fees (returning the product to the warehouse) if they wish to return the order after receiving it
despite the product being in good condition.

5- The customer bears the cost of delivery fees and the cost of
delivering the replacement product if they wish to exchange products or orders after receiving them despite the product being in good condition.

6- The company bears the cost of delivery fees (returning the product to the warehouse) if there is a desire to return orders or products due to a manufacturing defect or flaw.

7- The company bears the cost of delivery fees and the cost of shipping the replacement product if there is a desire to exchange products or
orders due to a manufacturing defect or flaw.

8- The replacement product will be sent or the amount refunded after the product is received from the customer.
